許多人長期受便秘困擾，讓不少人選擇以「浣腸」幫助排便。近日，有網友不經意看到日本網紅正妹亞明（やみん）去年自拍的「浣腸」實驗影片，因內容太好笑，又再度引起討論；影片中，網紅亞明浣腸後挑戰朗讀文章，看看自己能不能撐3分鐘，沒想到不到一分就爆發，忍不住跑廁所，讓網友看後笑翻了。

不過，有醫學報導指出，排便不順、便秘，不少人會到藥局自行購買浣腸劑或軟便劑使用，但經常性使用這些助排便的藥物，長期使用可能會產生依賴性！建議還是尋求專科醫生較可靠。

南韓天團Super Junior成員神童從2005年出道至今都維持圓滾身材，不過最近卻被發現身形明顯消瘦，圓潤的臉部輪廓稜角分明，下巴也尖了不少，原來是他下定決心減重，短短2個月瘦了23公斤，訣竅就在「5樣吃也不會胖」的食物，讓他越吃越苗條。

神童自爆愛吃炸物導致肥胖，現在他把豆漿當作主餐，一天最多喝5瓶，鮪魚罐頭成分雖有橄欖油，卻不會對人體造成負擔，愛吃零食的他，也從網上發現低卡果凍、零卡可樂，還有在粉絲介紹下開始吃不會增胖的低卡軟糖，他透露「一定要記得在減肥這件事」，就能順利鏟肉。節目播出後，神童也拍下家中冰箱現狀PO上個人IG，只見照片中滿滿低卡食物，證實靠「自律分配減肥法」消滅脂肪。
