The Britax Römer i-Size Flex Base provides a safe and ergonomic recline position for your child. The Flex Base is to be connected to the Isofix anchor points of your car by using the Isofix hooks. After that, you simply need to click the infant car seat onto the base and you are ready to go. With only a flick of the wrist on the back of the infant car seat makes releasing it even simpler. The inclination of the Flex Base can be adjusted in four different levels and ensures a flatter position of the infant car seat even in case of more inclined seats in your car.

At the beginning, the neck muscles of newborn babies is not yet fully developed which is why your child should preferably lie in a flat position. The patented technology by Britax Römer ensures such a position. Adjusting the recline position is very simple - when you adjust the height of the headrest, the recline position adapts accordingly. 該會表示，將於20日(周四)在紐約總會所揭曉美國安良工商會全美各分會互選的聯選會長名單，同時也將公布紐約總會的聯選會長名單和四位當選幫辦名單，才算完成紐約安良工商總會新年度的職員選舉，26日(周三)在該會會所舉行2019年度職員就職典禮。

《空污法》明開修台中地方媽媽籲減煤具體期程入法

週四（15日）立院衛環委員會就要展開《空污法》修法的討論，14日上午一群來自台中的「地方媽媽」發表了他們對修法的期待，包括減煤具體期程入法、即時即地空品速報入法、公民參與與資訊公開入法、空污防制進一步要求「最低排放」與刑事法的部分有效落實等。

他們以生活在空污重災區的台中、雲林等經驗來檢視《空污法》，希望《空污法》的修正要加上民間家長的心聲與需求，能搖身轉變為「潔淨空氣法」。

面對《空污法》修法就要啟動，環保署長李應元14日上午公開喊話呼籲朝野合作盡快完成，以回應各界期待。「台灣親子共學教育促進會」中區團的家長們，從去年12月《空污法》政院版定案後，展開了讀書會，檢視這份草案是否真的對女性、兒童具有足夠的保護。台大公衛學院健康政策與管理研究所助理教授張弘潔強調，依照「兒童權利公約」，政府的作為應該以兒童為優先考量，確保他們的生存與發展，而空污就是兒童成長的最大隱憂。而女性是家庭的主要照顧者，在空污上也是弱勢族群。

親子共學團要求，將減煤期程入法，雖然政府已經喊出2025年燃煤發電佔比降為30％，但目前燃煤發電仍佔45％，且台電仍持續拋出增建新燃煤機組的計畫，讓他們相當質疑到了2025年時恐怕承諾將會跳票，因此要求提出明訂具體減煤期程，並且入法，才能有更積極的能源轉型與節能。

共學團也從自身生活在空污重災區的台中、雲林等經驗來檢視《空污法》。成員許任君以去年台中文山掩埋場大火為例，當時PM2.5平均已達817微克，但政府卻沒有通報周邊居民，當地各級學校也都不知道要停課，影響當地光是公立學校就至少有10萬學童。因此，他要求《空污法》應將「空污速報」入法，明訂機關學校等公共場所每30分鐘發佈空品數值，才能即時保護孩子，而空品監測也應該在數量與公信力上都再提升。

「不讓人民監督，空氣要變好根本是自欺欺人！」成員江慶洲則提去年中火許可證產延，中市府環保局四天內火速完成補正，民眾卻直到市府發出新聞稿才知，不但毫無公民參與，事後他們要求公開送審資料也無法如願，更得市府以「符合《空污法》規定」的說詞打發他們，讓他們相當不滿，因此要求公民參與及資訊公開應該入《空污法》，打破過去只需環保局內部審議的慣例。

成員張景宜則要求比照歐盟等國，將目前「最佳可行控制技術，BACT」升級為「最低排放標準技術」，並此次作為收空污費的依據。「BACT只是各方喊價的結果」，張景宜批其已經落伍，他指出，所謂BACT，是考量能源、環境、經濟衝擊後，污染源所能採取的已經商業化、可行的最大減量技術，但他不覺得BACT就已向民眾足以交代，因為呼吸、健康是人權，不能這樣喊價，而是應該從修法來促使企業對污染防制進行更多投資與改善。

來自雲林的古珮嫆表示，雖然草案已經新增了偷排條款，但是要超標1000倍才要罰，「那麼999倍就不嚴重嗎？」他反問。古珮嫆指出，《水污法》第36條只要超標排放就面臨刑罰，情節重大者要再加重，並比照《水污法》法追繳不當利得。
