老大我錯惹！高雄一名飼主李錦玲，五年前領養了浪浪「乖寶」，兩個月前又收留了一隻小黃狗「小美」，近日飼主拍到小美對著乖寶嗆聲，爸爸受不了拿遙控器輕拍小美的嘴，小美竟嚇到一秒當機，模樣十分有趣。

影片中可見，小美對著乖寶不斷大吼，溫柔的乖寶不理會，直接從牠旁邊走過去，但小美不識相地持續對著乖寶叫囂，讓脾氣超溫和的乖寶忍不住吼了回去，嚇得小美趕緊躲起來。但過沒多久小美又開始鬼吼，坐在一旁的爸爸受不了，用遙控器給小美send tree pay，嚇得牠當場「當機」，畫面十分逗趣。

 南投市長 國民黨徵召宋懷琳


中國時報【廖志晃╱南投報導】

國民黨南投縣黨部通過第1波鄉鎮市長、及縣議員提名人選，其中，南投市長徵召宋懷琳競選連任；民進黨方面，迄今未有人表態挑戰南投市長寶座。

南投縣黨部主委洪榮章說，針對各鄉鎮市黨部提報建議人選，依據現任優先、婦女保障、實力原則，通過第1波提名名單。

鄉鎮市長部分：南投市徵召宋懷琳、草屯鎮提名簡景賢、水里鄉提名陳中明、竹山鎮提名蔡宜助、鹿谷鄉提名許素霞 、國姓鄉提名邱美玲、魚池鄉提名黃馨瑩、仁愛鄉徵召江子信。

縣議員部分：第1選區因縣議員曾振炎涉及助理費風波，案情釐清前暫時不處理；第2選區提名李洲忠、簡峻庭、唐曉棻；第3選區提名陳淑惠、謝明謀、蕭志全；第4選區提名何勝豐、黃東灝，報准游顥、蔡易呈；第5選區提名潘一全、王彩雲、林芳?，報准黃世芳，報備戴世詮；第8選區提名廖文賢。
